In Islam, marriage is a blessed contract between a man & a woman, in which each becomes “permitted” to the other, and they begin the long journey of life in a spirit of love, co-operation, harmony and tolerance, where each feels at ease with the other, and finds tranquility, contentment and comfort in the company of the other.
A righteous woman is the pillar, cornerstone and foundation of the Muslim family. She is seen as the greatest joy in a man’s life, as the Prophet S.A.W said:
"This world is just temporary conveniences, and the best comfort in this world is a righteous woman" (Muslim)
So, sisters! Here are some 20 qualities of an ideal Muslim wife =D Let us all practise this, InsyaAllah and become excellent wives to our awesome husbands, and together gain the pleasure of Allah SWT!

Do they not see the birds above them with wings outspread and [sometimes] folded in? None holds them [aloft] except the Most Merciful. Indeed He is, of all things, Seeing.

Dua to get a home in paradise by Asiya binte Muzahim (Allah’s blessings be on her)

The Quran sets her as an example for the believers to stay away from evil and sin despite the full assault of the devil:

And Allah presents an example of those who believed: the wife of Pharaoh, when she said, “My Lord, build for me near You a house in Paradise and save me from Pharaoh and his deeds and save me from the wrongdoing people.”

Supplication At Times Of Distress
Ibn ‘Abbas reported that Allah’s Apostle (ﷺ) used to supplicate during the time of trouble (in these words):
" There is no god but Allah, the Great, the Tolerant, there is no god but Allah, the Lord of the Magnificent Throne There is no god but Allah, the Lord of the Heaven and the earth, the Lord of the Edifying Throne."

And your Lord inspired to the bee, “Take for yourself among the mountains, houses, and among the trees and [in] that which they construct.

Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord laid down [for you].” There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought.

The Qur’an is incredibly descriptive and visual. Have you ever wondered what the words ‘Naqir‘, ‘Qitmir‘, and ‘Fatil‘ mean in the following verses? Read the verses, then look at the pictures to get an idea.
